They said they have products in stock and they don't. I was waiting 2 months for samples, back and forth with the account manager Lauren Reed, wasting my time and when I tried to proceed with my order, they took idk how many days to approve a payment with credit card and I decided to order some items with another vendor because I couldn't wait anymore. After that I was trying to give them a chance again and order, she told me that they will not help me anymore (of course because I ordered with another company). So unprofessional!
