I was apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle remotely but the team at Sam Pack Five Star Chevrolet made the process easy. Dexter was fantastic to work with and is great at building rapport. Regina was a pleasure and very knowledgeable. Giovanni made the process easy. This was a very smooth hassle free process. I would highly recommend this team. Everyone at Five Star was a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to make sure I felt good about my used car buying experience. Sales did an especially good job communicating and demonstrating the truck's features. They even researched specifications they didn't know immediately so I could be more informed about the truck I was buying. The used car staff offered a very generous deal on my trade in. This was the first time i actually sold a car to a dealer, I normally sell it myself to maximize my return but Five Star made me a great offer.Then the finance department was awesome working with multiple lenders to get me the best deal on my loan. They really have a great team at this dealership. It might be hard to believe but not all car dealers are out there to rip you off. This was far better than last time I bought a CPO from another brand.

Had a very good experience with Five Star Chevy. Mr. Cecilio Santos was my salesman and he did a great job getting me into a 2020 Malibu. They didn't have the car I was looking at on their website and he got me hooked up on another Malibu. He was able to accommodate everything I needed. It was only a few hours to get everything in order. Thank you Mr. Santos!!!!

Leo and James were great to deal with as a part of my buying experience. I appreciated the demeanor of Leo and James. At no point did I feel pressure or obligation to purchase the vehicle. James worked hard to help reach a trade in deal that we were all comfortable with. Regarding the finance department, Giovanni and coworker were great. Giovanni was extremely helpful because he took the time to find a warranty product that made sense. He explained everything thoroughly to me which is beneficial for someone who hasn't purchased many vehicles. I will send family and friends to this dealership when I can!
