I emailed Zach first thing in the morning and had an appointment with him that afternoon! He installed a new operating system in my laptop and had it back to me 2 days later. All for far cheaper than a new computer would be. And he even saved the documents I had!. Would recommend Zach to anyone! Thanks so much.
Just before Zach arrived for our appointment, my internet service miraculously restored. Zach stayed and checked out the hardware to be sure everything worked as it should. He shared some thoughts on changing to a different ISP for better speeds available in my area, and was very professional and thorough. Will call TechPros again should the need arise.
