The woman who helped me was VERY courteous & kind. She handled my needs with extreme professionalism & didn't make me wait long. She also explained the procedure to me extremely well & let me know what to expect, & when.
I called to ask if they could send me copies of 2 recent articles. The woman on the phone laughed at me with annoyance when I asked if she would mind checking for me. She was completely rude and unhelpful! When I called back I told another woman of the issues I had and she was very helpful and sent me a copy of both issues.
