Thank you for locating the problem causing my FOB not to operate my ramp from outside the vehicle. Your perseverance paid off and I can use my vehicle without the fear of not being able to get back inside with the FOB only. And thank you for checking the engine light which had nothing to do with why I was there but it gave me peace of mind until I could get to an auto mechanic. Thank you guys so much! This company have provided excellent customer service. I was looking wheelchair accessible vehicle to take my father to Doctor appointment some other company and United access came up . I called and spoke with reservation dep. Kimberly she is very professional and she answered my question. She made sure the car was ready on time. When I got to the site Jimmy greeted me and showed me walk around the vehicle and I was on my way. Kimberly and Jimmy made my rental experience amazing very easy within 10 minutes I am on the way.
