June2020: I would recommend this location. I searched the local area for a Hyundai dealership and came across this one within driving distance of the house. I had purchased three Sonata hybrid vehicles for the kids from the military auction that needed to be checked out to make sure they were good to go after the safety inspection. The entrance was on each side of the building. This building is right off the freeway or up against it at one point. There was parking adjacent to the primary entry way. The personnel that I worked with were great to get my vehicle into the shop and serviced as needed. They reviewed the inspection results with me before I departed the facility. The vehicle was staged out front when it was completed after servicing. There were plenty of people wearing mask here, so I felt better knowing that at least I wasn't endangering my at risk family members visiting the building.

I made an appointment on Feb. 8 for a rear main seal oil leak. I received the vehicle back fully repaired on Feb. 11. Service was excellent and expedient. Van Hyundai is highly recommended.

I really do enjoy coming to Van Hyundai to get my oil change. Their Customer service is on point, they are so nice, whatever you need they will not hesitate to get it done. Also Ms. Jennifer who works there, helped me today she was very nice she sat down with me and told me everything I needed to know about my car. I totally recommend her, actually I totally recommend this place. Their prices are very reasonable, Very Fast, Very Polite, and Very Clean. So if you have a Hyundai and you are looking for service and can’t seem to find anyone come on down to VAN HYUNDAI in Carrollton.
