There's a reason why they're number one in DFW! Ricardo came and cleaned our air ducts. He was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. At one point he cleaned the wheels off the air duct suction machine so our floors weren't get muddy. He worked very diligently and even vacuumed after he was done! The pictures speak for themselves.
I was pleased with my cleaning specialist. He was professional, kind and respectful of COVID’s standards regarding distancing and protective gears. The service was up to par and I will tell my friends and neighbors about Zerorez
Nick, my service tech, was very polite and very professional. He kept me informed of what he was doing and even asked me if I wanted to see all the dirt that was being extracted from my chair. Yuck!! Great job, Nick.
Evan Gray was the best! On time. Very professional and experienced. I use Zerorez now for all my carpet cleaning, because they get stains out best and I can go a year between cleanings (I have kids and pets!) I told Evan our stairs were new so try and be careful. He draped them all and then had the tools to attach their hose to my railing so it never touched the wood! No sales pitch. Quick and easy. Very nice people here.
