Our brother passed away 5 days ago here at the carson city Catalina apartments he committed suicide at the house. But apparently the \caring\ staff felt having a memorial up for 3 days filled with beautiful flowers was a bother and trashy for their business. I'm mean this deepest from the heart don't come to the catalinas. You'll pay 1200 dollars for an outdated 1 bedroom and well, staff speaks for it's self I would say.

What a great place to live... the manager and assistant manager are great to work with, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and available. The support staff does a terrific job of keeping up the grounds and responding immediately to any maintenance request. The couple issues we had were handled quickly and appropriately. It has been a beautiful, peaceful and friendly place to love. The dog parks are well maintained, clean, and allow a very large area for big dogs to run and little dogs to play. This is a very pet friendly apartment complex. Neighbors are personable and respectful. The pool area, lawns and gardens are well maintained and this made a welcomed place to call home. Thank you very much!

DO NOT RENT HERE !!! Not only is it way over priced and out dated, this place is so strict youre going to hate living here. Im a humble guy and even though I came in peace, the office lady Pepper and the maintenance lady walking around the property offer the worst customer service youll ever recieve and extremly rude. Your car will be towed if parked in reverse, your pet is not welcome unless it is neutered or spayed and they are not alowed to step foot on the balcony, the online payment service malfunctions and could ruin your credit, the laundromat also way over priced and the fitness room is smaller than my apartment room. I would rather move back in with my parents than rent here.

Separate dog parks depending on dog size, pet wash, laundry mat, pool, gym and we love the staff especially pepper the manager

The sense of community here is really great. The management and employees always go above and beyond for people who live here. They host events here and there for people, which was a good opportunity to meet my neighbors. I’ve lived in a couple other apartments in a Carson City and Reno since then, which is why I’m leaving a review now. I had NO idea how good I had it there. It was always easy to get my maintenance requests fulfilled, and having the opportunity to read at the pool when I had an hour to spare was nice for a workaholic like me. I recently moved to Reno for school and I WISH I could commute from Carson to Reno because I miss this place so much. Also, there’s a separate dog park for small dogs and big dogs, which is so cute! When I graduated, some of my family came from back home and there was space, tables, and a net for us to cook out and play volleyball. Having lived other places for a while now, I was definitely spoiled living there compared to any place I’ve lived since.
