My wife and I had been browsing for an RV for months. When we found CarsonCityRV, we were greeted by Jeff, a very friendly and welcoming salesman. He showed us around and gave us explicit details on their RV selections. He didn’t pressure us to buy an RV during our visit, but he did leave us very impressed with his customer service. Finally, we decided to buy an RV that we really liked. Jeff, Ian, and Mike were all very helpful. They gave us a full orientation, explained the financing and most importantly made us feel comfortable throughout our purchase. We are very happy with the mannerisms, professionalism, and patience they displayed upon our arrival for pickup day. My wife and I highly recommend CarsoncityRV to anyone looking to purchase an RV. If you are looking into purchasing a travel trailer this is the place to go. We have just recently bought our second travel trailer with them. We told the sales team what we were looking for and they took their time showing us ALL the options. They have good honest feed back and they do not pressure you to pick anything right away. They make the shopping experience so easy and they have competitive prices as well. I recently purchased our third travel trailer from Carson City RV. Each time I have been in the market for a new RV, CC RV has treated me with respect, patience, and have listened to my wants and needs. For the last two purchases we have worked with Justin who was very attentive to our needs and was patient as we looked. Ian was helpful in the finance department, and the owner Beau was very caring, and took the time to talked to us about our specific needs for a trailer and helped up problem solve. The R.V. buying experience was amazing! Sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went there with the hopes that I could pull something bigger than I could safely pull. Scott let me know how the weights worked so I could be safe and keep my vehicle safe. He could have sold me something so they could make more money but chose safety over dollar signs. I am extremely happy with what I got. And at a very good price. No hard sales. Every question answered. Even questions I didn't even know to ask. Then the courtesy walk through and schooling of my coach on the day of delivery. Allen was there to go through everything I needed to know and answer any questions I could throw at him. They got my vehicle all set up and made sure everything was perfect. Paperwork was a breeze as well. They take the time to make sure you know everything every step of the way. I thought they would tire of my questions but they happily answered them all. I'll definitely take all of my R.V. needs to them in the future and would highly recommend anyone who wants to enjoy R.V.ing to give them your business.
