For a company that has been in business for 30 years, their integrity is starting to slack. I placed an order for 3 bulk items, shipping was 72, one of the items i ordered didnt ship, but the shipping cost remained the same. Had I not taken the initiative to contact the company they would have never bothered refunding me the difference in shipping cost. Moreover, the company did some math and claimed the missing items would close 5 to ship. Total lie because these are bulk items and the cheapest shipment (according to their site with a similar item) would cost just shy of 10 to ship. I am demanding a fair business to exchange because i feel very taken advantage of.

not completely happy with what I received, but it is my fault. I needed to read the size of the calculator keychain, instead of looking at the picture, because it looked bigger. Thank you very much for getting it delivered fast.

Worst company I ever encountered. Cheap products and cheaper owners, who don't know what they are doing day to day. Warehouse environment is a mess and dirty.
