They were very helpful and friendly with helping us select materials. However, we purchased two separate size-ranges of rock and they delivered them all mixed together! The fact that we weren't happy with that got back to the owner, and he personally drove to our house and spoke with my husband and said he wanted to make it right and gave us a couple of different options. We haven't decided yet which option we'll pick but we appreciate him wanting to put it right!

For example, I am a relatively new homeowner, undertaking a large landscape project, with little to no knowledge about materials and processes involved; nevertheless, with an I-can-do attitude, the staff and owner, Chris Wendell, personally guided me through stone selection and installment processes. I felt like I was doing business with old friends, and what I thought was just going to be a financial transaction became an event representative to me of one of the best aspects of living in Carson City: the community.
