My Favorite Soul Food Restaurant .Wonderful Customer Service Always. Food is always Amazing and fresh and ready .Never a long wait time . Employees are always professional 5stars isn't enough because they deserve More
I order takeout and had a 15 minute wait for four main dishes which is not bad at all. I ordered a oxtail meal with macaroni and cheese greens and black-eyed peas, I ordered a short rib meal with greens macaroni and cheese and cabbage I ordered a meatloaf meal with macaroni and cheese greens and corn and unfortunately they only had one peach cobbler left. I ate a little something from each one and I am impressed beyond measure, the ox tails are amazing they fall off the bone the greens are perfectly cooked not mushy, the macaroni and cheese the flavor is on point, The meatloaf the meat is seasoned perfectly great pair with the gravy. The only complaint I would have is the cornbread muffins are very bland. I traveled here from Arizona for a mini vacation and I will definitely be coming back to eat here when I return!!!! Thank you R&R Soulfood!!
Great portions! Good prices. Delicious tasting food. You won't be disappointed YUM!
The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because this is the first time the food didn’t have tons of salt. The yams had moderate sugar. I don’t know what I was thinking every time I’ve had the liver and onions the liver was burned. This time It was burned pass recognition and was hard. I wanted food and didn’t feel like cooking and I wanted black eyed peas. Is there a decent soul food place in the South Bay Area? My friend says his food didn’t have any seasoning (which is fine for me). Geesh! Is it too much to ask for consistency? Get a plan!
