August 2019... Pro: a couple of photos did help to highlight the size of our rooms. Cons: Tim refused to re-take a photo after I added a light bulb to a lamp, saying \Well I've already photographed that.\ Didn't bother to turn on the (gas) fireplace and photograph it- and fireplaces are a major feature of a rental unit. Did send a revised photo with fire 'added' but it was cluttered with unnecessary magazines, etc, even after I told Tim to feel free to remove extraneous material. I got 15 photos and used only 11, as many of mine were much better. Overall, not worth the time, money and frustration.
