I was charged for things I did not ask for and was not notified about that my car didn't even need. Things were done to my car without my consent, without me being informed. How can you live with yourselves? Shame on you. To Jiffy Lube; no, I will not be going through YOU to remedy this. It's clear by the reviews here this isn't the first or fourteenth time this has happened. You don't CARE your team is ripping people off. All I can do is write this review and hope nobody else goes.

As we get older(lol) some thing we can't get to anymore. So I stopped here today for an oil change. I was greeted prompty the gentleman were friendly and eager to assist my needs they were quick about the work and the price wasn't that bad. I will return there for my next visit as well. Happy driving and remember yur MASK.

I have been there twice in the past six months and both times I was treated professionally and was pleased with the service. I was in and out in no time, was not pressured to buy additional services and the price is very reasonable especially when you take advantage of the coupons they offer. I like being able to get my oil changed on my lunch hour. They are nice and it's convenient. I will continue to use their services.

They're always nice but when I looked at my receipt there are a few services that were \declined\ by the customer. Not sure if that's covid related or not...and it's the 2nd time I left and my tire pressure was not what they said they filled them to be. It makes me question if I'm getting everything I pay for.
