Devon and Emma are the best when it comes to customer service. They are very professional and knowledgeable in the type of sod best fit for my situation. They've always answered my phone calls in a timely manor and called if there were any delays. The quality of product - Excellent. Price - Very Excellent. I would highly recommend stopping by if you need sod in the north Georgia area. Have them deliver, or save some change and do self pickup. Go See Them Today!!!

After what amounted to about a year of back and forth questions between me and Legacy Turf, I finally ordered two pallets of Geo Zoysia sod, including delivery. For one, the company NEVER got frustrated with all of my inquiries throughout the process, and were always more than helpful (and patient!). When it came to delivery, they placed the pallets exactly where I asked them to over the phone, and best of all, I was more than impressed with the quality of the sod. 99.9% of the pieces were in GREAT condition, with plenty of soil underneath. They also came very moist, so I knew they took care of it immediately after cutting it and putting it on the pallet. The attached photo was taken the day we laid the sod. I would unquestionably recommend (and potentially continue to use) Legacy Turf Farms for your sod needs!
Worst experience with customer service I've ever had when making a purchase. I'm sure the farm is a great company and hate to leave negative feedback based on its office staff but the fact is they are the face of the company. Will never recommend this company or use them again!
Several issues with sod quality on multiple occasions. (Large rocks in the sod, major inconsistencies with the sod pieces like thickness of top soil layer and even the shape of the pieces, will deliver mixed pallets in what seems to be pieces out of a mature crop and a young crop. They deliver several hours late. They made minimal effort to address the issues; and relative to the sod installation... essentially made no effort to make things right. This has happened on several occasions. They have terrible sod quality and terrible customer service. Will use any other sod farm over this one. Take your business elsewhere.
They were very kind before and during ordering, but misrepresented delivery procedures. Very discouraging since we took an entire day off work to lay the sod. Scheduling with the driver the day prior to delivery was difficult, but honestly it was due to the fact the delivery process was misrepresented the week prior (we were told we could \choose the day and time since they couldn't deliver the same week\). The sod quality varied from very good to very poor. Prices were average for area.
