If I could give a zero star I would. I have never had good experience with any riverside car dealer. They only reason I went back was my car broke down and had no other place was close They give you a price and continue to come up with more charges after it has been layed out how much everything will cost with most of everything was covered by warranty still had to pay almost 2000 for heater seats and a window to be fixed. After having them replaced 4 times in a year. Then they charge a detailed fee for a car that was spotless we got the car dirty and took the time to clean it inside and out before bring it back. They employees are some the rudest I have dealt with. I will not go back to any riverside dealership. I would never recommend one to anyone.

The experience was so easy and fast. The two salesmen at the dealership were very easy to work with and didn't push me into buying a car. They worked with us to give us a fair deal on our trade in too. It was the first time I ever bought a car where I didn't feel pressured and the process didn't take hours. I am traveling home from Florida and a check engine/transmission light came on. They really took care of me. I had chatted online the night before sitting nervously at the hotel. I recieved an answer in the morning that they would call and let service know that I was coming in. My 2019 Buick Encore was definitely under warranty and they took my vehicle in when I got there. I was in and out on my way home. Thank you for your courteous service and care.
