Good service, but they never answer the phone and you have to call multiple times to get them to return your call. So when they show up, they do a good job, but they are really tough to get in contact with. Strange way to run a business.

We have used South Air for 10 years and they have always been terrific. Shane gives remarkable service and expertise. Finally, we decided to upgrade since our upstairs was always extremely hot in the summer. Jesse and Kyle came out and did an amazing job! They always wore masks, explained everything that had to be done and left our home immaculate. They put a new computer in the HVAC system, fixed the leaks in the insulation in the crawl space and installed 2 new thermostats. We could hear the cold air rushing through the upstairs vents when they were only partially finished. Once completed, we can now set all of our thermostats at a much higher temperature and be completely comfortable, even when it is 90 degrees outside. Their expertise totally compensated for our older home and all of its issues. As realtors, we will proudly recommend South Air to all of our clients. Thanks for an amazing job!!!

My compressor blew up 3 weeks ago on my less than 1 year old 4500 unit. It has been nothing but excuse after excuse as to why it has not been repaired. A service technician has been to my house 3 times and it still isn't fix. I have called 4 times just today to get a tech out here and keep getting excuses. They finally said he would be here at 5pm and it is 6pm now and still no technician. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.

I've had them service my HVACs as well replacing a furnace and Air conditioner. They did a wonderful job and the technicians were great. The office staff are also great. Unfortunately I do not live in the Atlanta area anymore but I would highly recommend these folks
