I have not visited this facility yet. I only am giving 5 stars bc yoga helped improve my moods, relationship with my sister and gave me a great exercise routine for a month back long ago. My only issue is the prices! If I had a studio, I would trust that God could help me out no matter how tight it would be financially! I believe combining smooth exercises like yoga and your wholistic health should be accessible to all who could benefit! I remember inviting my parents and the results were astounding! My father sat at the front and was very flexible for a 6-foot, 280 lb guy. Whereas my mother thought it was a joke and at least attempted from the back and side of the classroom. Point being, if by the second class they wanted to come back, both would choose not to attend. Why? Simply for the lack of resources. They would say I’d rather feed my body than my mind or heart. Food is a bigger priority. That should not be! So while this facility is most likely grand, it is just like the plethora of facilities out there who still decide profit is more desirable than passion. Here’s another example—blessings are free! To charge for a blessing is very akin to selling in a church. It should not be. What to do to be have a blessing? Believe that you, the land, the nursing home, who or whatever it is absolutely blessed and voila—free! Most do not believe they are worthy of being great, but in fact, we ALL ARE CAPABLE OF BRILLIANCE only God gets to see... bc we don’t push ourselves out of our boxes. We ALL have the capability to use the power of LOVE to bless ourselves, the land we live in (or visit) as well as others we love (and especially don’t like!!) I know this works for a fact! It only requires 100% faith without a shred of doubt.. Protection will come regardless, but with this revealed secret from my faith walk, hopefully more can read this and feel a little bit more spiritually empowered!

I am super excited to have a warm, inviting studio so close. The chance to practice and grow with members of the local community is irreplacable. There is always a fun instructor and a peaceful environment. They offer several types of classes including Kundalini yoga! They also do a candlelight yoga (bring your own wine!!) And a yoga playdate (bring your own KiDS!) Plus they're on the MindBody app, which makes scheduling, booking, paying and tracking your classes simple.
Great atmosphere for yoga, with several great teachers!
