The owner of this location has really helped me keep my old Brother 4 in 1 going. He stands behind his product and is very economical and knowledgeable. The parking situation can be challenging.

They sold me a cartridge that was not accepted by my HP printer. When I went to return it, they told me I broke it. They did not want to refund my money but after informing them that they sold me a bad product, they finally gave me a full refund. Save your money and time and do not go here.

When my printer refused to print, I took out both cartridges and went to Cartridge World. He weighed them and determined that the color one was the empty. I got a refilled cartridge for about half the cost of a new one. Only downside was that his credit card reader was out of order, so it had to be a cash transaction. Since there's about 5 other businesses in this strip mall, parking is sometimes full, leaving close by street parking as the only option.

Not all Cartridgeworlds are the same. This location has been a big disappointment. I exchanged my toner cartridge and at the time I had the developer with it when I got home the developer was suddenly ruined! I bought an HP 94 equivalent ink cartridge. When I printed with it the image was terrible. When I returned to exchange it the rep weighed it and it was nearly empty. That's HORRIBLE! I didn't use a full cartridge of ink! I printed 3 pages. That points to an empty cartridge at sale. The only cartridge I have at home comes from thhe great shop in Cupertino/Saratoga. I should have driven a bit further and gotten the quality service I am used to from CW. I've learned my lesson! Stay away from these guys. Go down the road. Any road! Steer clear!
