Needed a quick repair to my iPhone. Called Dave at Cartridge World. He started off by walking me through a possible fix over the phone. Unfortunately I had a more serious problem. He was able to fit me in very quickly. I was there no longer than 30 minutes and I walked away, mission accomplished. Thank you so much Cartridge World. I will recommend you to family and friends.

I asked a friend for recommendations on a computer repair place, and Cartridge World was recommended and conveniently on my commute. I called twice in almost 3 weeks. Both times I explained the issue, the computer, what it needed and asked about price. and both times I was asked to send an email with the information which was done promptly. and I never got a response either time. I ended up ordering the part and using YouTube to do it myself unfortunately. Edited to add: I did get a response via email about two weeks later. I had already fixed it myself though. If it's an ASAP job you need done I wouldn't recommend them.
Great & friendly customer service! Dave understood our urgency and was quick to respond to my son’s cracked iPhone screen... highly recommend and will also have my mom’s iPhone serviced there soon!
I emailed Dave about fixing my daughter’s cracked iPhone screen. Dave was very responsive and got it done the same day. Cost was very reasonable too. Highly recommend them.
These guys actually did me a solid. They came and picked up my phone while I was at work, put a replacement screen in after my screen was completely shattered and unusable, and it was done at lunch. They will most definitely be getting more business from me.
