As an IT manager for a multi-location retailer, these guys have been an invaluable resource when it comes to our printers and ink/toner needs for the past several years. These guys are fair, honest and affordable for everything they do. They supplied us with several dozen printers for our business and the support to keep them all up and running for our critical business applications. As the sole IT resource for the entire company it's invaluable being able to know that if there's ever an issue that I can't handle that I can call these guys and they send someone, even the owner himself, out quickly to resolve the issue. The cartridges they refill and sell are great quality, every now and then it's possible to get a faulty cartridge but that risk is present with any recycled cartridge you can get, the difference is that if you ever have a problem with one of CW's cartridges they take care of it no questions asked. We've certainly put this company to the test several times with our size and demand and they never fail to get the job done and keep us supplied. Would highly recommend these guys!

I have worked with this family run business for many years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are very knowledgeable about their industry, extremely honest and fair and definitely pride themselves on their customer service. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I had a cartridge refilled here a few months ago. I brought it back because it stopped working and the associate said air had gotten into the chamber and the ink was gummed up. So he gave me a replacement, no problem. Then I had the same problem a week later with that cartridge and he gave me another replacement a few weeks ago. I barely used the cartridge and it also stopped working. When I brought it back he said it was empty and couldn’t do anything about it. It was barely used at all and I believe the ink was leaking and not refilled properly to begin with. He never put the correct date sticker on the side and it showed as being filled months ago, even though I just got it. The whole time he was rude and kept saying I need the receipt, even though I only got a receipt with the original months ago. In summary, 3 cartridges were not filled properly, the contacts were gummed up, and he refused to give me a refund or refill on the third time, even though he did twice before without a receipt. I saved myself a lot of hassle by getting the official cartridge from Staples, which I know is filled right and works great every time, even though it’s a little bit more expensive.
I recommend Cartridge World as the best business I have worked with in years. Their immediate customer service is better than I have ever seen in any business. I can drop them an email, moments later I have a response, and before I know it someone is at one of my offices fixing my problem. They stand by their product, and on the rare occasion that we have had a problem they immediately replace it. They have also helped advise me on printers that would be less expensive and work more productively for us. Give them a try, and you will love them as much as I do. I had been going to this place for over three years and always been driving about 15 minutes from downtown just to do my refills with them. However my printer stopped working with the refills and refuse to accept their cartridges so I went to ask for the return. No way that the owner would give me my 100 back. Firstly he said bring me your printer and than I will check this for you for free and will see what is wrong with it. So I thought great ... but this was before I presented my receipt which I could not find at first instance but it was in the car so when I got back with my receipt he was rude and was not going to return money back for the unused cartridges. Horrible horrible experience ! Will never go there again and defiantly won't recommend this place for sure!
