Great place in the only place that refill ink nobody else not even Costco refills and it's affordable

We went to get our cartridge refilled here last year. The first time was great, the cartridge worked as expected and they were very kind. Every time after that, however, has been a disaster. While the staff is very friendly (the reason for two stars instead of one), it seems like we're giving them our money and they're only putting a few drops into our cartridges. The photo I've included is the most recent incident of the FIRST document I attempted to print with our refilled cartridge. The document was only ten pages and this was page six (on average we print about five pages a week from our home office). We're sure it's not an issue with our printer as everything has been recently serviced/cleaned. I don't know if the staff is clueless because of a lack of training, if they just don't care, or if management is trying to cut costs any way they can, but we will be calling them and complaining. Depending on the result I may come back to edit this review with an update, but overall our experience with them has been disappointing. UPDATE: After going in and explaining the situation, they fed us a line saying our "cartridge wasn't high yield." They gave us a supposedly "new cartridge" free of charge, but this one ran out of ink as well after printing only 14 pages of plain, black text. We called to complain, but they've told us all they can do is sell us a new cartridge. In summary, we're done with them and will never do business with them again.

I brought in an empty color cartridge (61XL), for my HP printer. The refill cost was just 16.99, which is SO MUCH cheaper than buying it at local stores! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to refill their printer inks.

Awesome service. I had never been and went for the first time Saturday. I usually refill my ink at Costco, but due to COVID-19, that is not an option. It was about 10 more here, but worth it for the quick service (they had the cartridge I needed already filled and just swapped them out) and great customer service. I will be going here from now on!! Especially now with how important it is to SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!
