Not a bad place at all, I was looking for a particular piece of equipment and found it here. They were very friendly and helpful finding it and had it in stock. It was a little pricey but you'll always pay a little extra for the one available immediately. Got what I needed and was back out the door. Can't gripe.

If I could give it 0 stars I would but I can’t, their customer service is horrible I got cursed at by an employee over a tiny bit of criticism, they overcharge and sold me the wrong product, I went to different place and paid half of what I was going to pay at car tunes, and the quality is great and I have no issues, I went to return what I bought and didn’t realize there was a no refund policy because they have the sign where you can’t see it and he was rude. I would not recommend this place.

Brought my forester in for a Pioneer cd/dvd player. Its keeping up really good, looks pretty nice and sounds Awesome! I didn't have a bad experience with customer service at all. My face covers are a little scratch though. Nothing to major or really noticeable but I know it wasn't like that when brought in. So maybe they just need more care when it comes down to the outer look of the face covering. Also, one last thing... there was a mic that came with the Pioneer cd/dvd player that they installed in my car and had to take off the door and roof paneling to mount it on the top of drivers side. Some of my paneling on the top is dent out leaving a crack open for air. I tried pushing it back in but looks like something that might need to be glued or something. I don't know. But I wish they would have asked me if I wanted the mic installed cause I just seen how it looked on the wall, \inside the shop\--and didn't know a mic was included. If i knew ahead of time, I would have mention to forget the installation of the mic because its pointless when you can just use Bluetooth. I did look around before going to Cartunes and Street beatz was going to charge the same amount but for something that was way more inconvenient. So it didn't make sense for that option. But yes, customer services was nice, no problems or anything like that. Very helpful other than the microphone thing. Maybe installation on cd players is a bit pricey.. I remember when it use to be 80-90 for installation. But everything works fine and they where also quick with installation. So all in the good. I will be coming back to this store in the future!!!
