Terrible first two weeks. Great first impression from home sales pitch but….. New people showing up with no notice from the company. One person was feeding me - an ALS patient - WITHOUT a face mask, They promised consistent caregivers but we have had 8 different people in first 13 days. The final straw was I spoke with their Director this week who promised to look into these issues and call me back the next day but again no return call. Great sales job but poor execution. Hoping things will improve.
