Why do businesses have an email contact page if they are not going to bother to respond to your question. Was looking for assistance in getting my cart inspected to be street legal but they ignored my submission on their contact form. As a business owner I respond to all customers regardless of the situation.

My family and I visited Bald Head Island this past weekend and rented a golf cart from Cary Cart Company. Their golf carts were perfectly clean, extremely fairly priced and the staff was absolutely fantastic!! My husband and I kept saying what an incredible difference the golf cart made in our trip. It allowed us to get around the island quickly and we had a full weekends worth of fun in just one day! One of my favorite parts, they’re pet friendly, too!! No reservation needed, Craig was wonderfully kind and helpful in helping us book our golf cart right there, on the spot! I had a few follow up questions the day after our visit, Dan was super helpful in directing me to whom we needed to speak with and getting those questions answered efficiently. We will absolutely be back to Bald Head Island and will DEFINITELY be renting from Cary Carts each and every time! HIGHLY recommend - SO worth it!! Thank you Cary Carts for providing amazing services, fantastic customer service and making our trip to Bald Head Island so memorable!
