Bought 2 Banggai Cardinals that did not survive quarantine (likely bacterial or Brook), but they made things right on my next purchase. Good variety of salt and freshwater fish, invertebrates, live and dead rock, and supplies. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

Kindness, punctuality and perfection , three words you don't often find in the Service world today. I purchased a 125 gallon aquarium and had it professionally installed by Eric and his crew. I could not be happier . Eric (owner /proprietor) was extremely kind showing me the intricacies of a sump pump filter and the tank itself. The Fish Room is where I have been purchasing stock for years as it is the best run operation I have ever seen. I cannot give a higher recommendation to Eric, Michael, and Daniel , as they are \the best of the best\ . Thank You So Much for all you do.

I normally don’t write reviews but I felt the need to for this. I’ve shopped in this location multiple times and bought multiple saltwater fish. Everytime I go in here I always see fish with ick or velvet (as recent as this week). And these fish are not quarantined they are with other fish. Regardless of that I’ve still bought fish here that seemed pretty healthy. Unfortunately I’ve been mistaken because every fish I bought has died from a parasite or some other issue. I know it’s not due to my own negligence because I’ve bought fish from other locations that have had no issues. So due to this I will never but any fish from here again because it’s just money wasted.

I have not spent much money in this store yet everyone there was willing to help me solve a pump problem that I was having. Not one time did they ask where I bought the pump! Absolutely the most knowledgeable and welcoming staff I have come across in all my retail experiences. Thank you!

Nice and clean with a high variety of fish. Not much for equipment. No dead fish in tanks and the tanks are very clean
