The customer service here is phenomenal! I've been taking both Acuras here for service since 2016 and have always felt like welcomed. My service technician I love to work with is Justin. He is extremely helpful, honest, professional and personable on each visit. I always ask for him when I come in. The other people are really nice too it's just Justin has always helped me and been so nice so I just always see him. They are awesome and will continue to have my business! I enjoyed working with Tom King every step of the way. Tom was transparent about the process and I never felt like he ever tried to sell me more car than I needed. Leith always treated me fairly on trade-in prices and gave a better trade-in value than any of the other dealers I talked to. Every time I needed support with the vehicle or advice about a purchase, Tom was always willing to go above and beyond. I contacted the Sales Manager Israel (who my son happened to know well) and we made arrangements to come and see a vehicle we had looked at and really loved while Leith Acura was closed on Sunday. We rushed over after work and Israel had Alex take me on a couple of test drives. Alex was very thorough in explaining the features each car had, etc after asking what was important to me. We really wanted to go home as we did not keep the staff after closing time, but knew we wanted the car. They worked with us, stayed late and ensured we were happy every step of the way. This is ONE dealership that went out of their way to ensure we were happy, one of the better customer experiences we have had in the area! THANK YOU Rick, Alex and Israel !!! This was my first time to this dealership. My service advisor did his home work begore I arrived to ensure everything was in order before I arrived. He even called me to move my appointment up when the parts came in early. Steve is now going to be my advisor.
