They were very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process of scheduling. They're the only place I called about COVID testing who actually had a live person answering calls and they responded quickly to both voice and e-mails. I would definitely use them in the future

::: Marion was Awesome - great service! ::: The staff called to verify and prep me for my appointment. When I arrived, Marion was very helpful and advised on what shots & medications to take for travel. She also advised on how best to deal with medical hazards like mosquitoes, animal bites, etc. Really nice staff.

All of the staff at Passport were amazing to work with! Melissa and her team truly did everything to put our anxieties at ease when it came to COVID testing. We've gone to them multiple times and each time it is an absolute pleasure. This is a company and team who truly care about their patients and you can see that in all that they do. The customer service is unmatched; Melissa and her team make you feel like a part of the Passport family. Definitely recommend!

The staff at Passport Health Cary were so helpful in answering all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood all of the steps. They are extremely responsive and always pleasant to speak with. I will definitely use them again for any testing / vaccine needs!

My first experience with Passport Health was nothing short of pleasant and amazing. I communicated with the staff via phone and email prior to and after my appointment and they were very friendly, courteous, and professional…. best customer service experience in a long time. They made the process so much easier from start to finish with answers to my questions, guidance and ease of access to the materials I needed to complete. I’ve never had a COVID test so needless to say I was quite nervous! But the process was quick and efficient; they were very nice, gentle, and treated me with respect. I was also concerned about the length of time it would take to get the results as I needed to have them for travel purposes. To my surprise, the test was administered on a Friday and by the following Tuesday, I had my results back... which was great! Finally, there was an issue with my bill and being upset about it I emailed Passport Health right away. Not only did I get a response on a Saturday, the issue was resolved next business morning (thanks to Shelley and Stephanie). I thought the price was high for a visit like this, but overall I was very satisfied with Passport Health Cary and would definitely recommend!
