I brought my 2015 GSX-s750 because cooling fan was not working and these guys got me in and out in short time. When I brought in my bike it had been worked on previously be a mechanic who could not figure out what was wrong and thanks to these guys that they took over someone else’s project and fixed the issue. It was my first time at tapped our cycles and I don’t know a lot about these guys but having a short conversation with Jeb And Trevor let me know that they are very skillful. Thank you guys again for helping me out! Will be visiting y’all soon again for rare tire replacement

I called around 12 pm and asked when I could schedule to get my fork seals replaced. I was told the wait would only be a week and a half which is great seeing as how team power sports said they were booked a month out. After explaining that I have a group ride tomorrow to raise money for the medical bills of a coworker who was injured in a bike accident the staff said they would take care of me today. Not only did they do the job right in a timely manner, it was also a better price than team power sports quoted me. They also had the front tire I had been looking for and replaced that for me as well as balancing the wheel and tire. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone needing their bike serviced.

Guys were professional, prompt, and extremely nice from the first phone call, the drop off, and the pick up of my harley (fork oil change). I thought they are very fairly priced. And I was very pleased with my service. Will definitely be using them for my bike needs. Keep up great work guys.

Can't say enough about the wonderful level of customer service that Jeb and his team exhibit every time I go there. The work is professional and the price is more than fair. I take my new Triumph to Tapped Out and they are able to do all the service on it I need done. No dealer hassles and high hourly rates to deal with. Jeb runs a phenomenal shop! Just got my fork seals replaced there today.
