They didn't answer the phone and I called the 1-800 line and the lady who answered tried, no one answered I was outside for 10 minutes trying and could see no Customers for five minutes and no one was answering the phone, I finally got inside the door to check in told them I was waiting in the car so for 10 more minutes after the other customers were gone they didn't even notice I was waiting so I honked my horn to get the workers attention and told him that I could not walk or stand much,and that I had tried to call the store more than once, he seemed like he didn't care or know anything, he finally came to the car to see what I wanted I told him I was returning their equipment I said it was in the back seat he found it and brought me the receipt. 30 minutes to get help and no way to call them all before 6 pm.

My bill is extraordinary high. Always has been. But to drop anything the price of everything else goes up.

Cox service is horrible. I've never dealt with a service that runs this bad. They pocket your money real fast and provide no help for their costumers. Their service is HORRIBLE . They don't deserve no stars, not even 1
