Hands down the worst place to receive service. I have schizoaffective disorder and Chronic PTSD and go to this clinic and as of today I am looking for a new provider. When needing assistance with utility assistance resources instead of being pointed in the right direction (carha, salvation army, ect.) I was told that they \were helping me by not helping\ and that I needed to \do this on your own so you can grow\, I was also given the advice to allow my abusive Ex back in the home so I can afford the bills after he had broke my nose. I have 3 babies under the age of 3 and 2 are special needs after speaking to her supervisor I was told the therapists should have helped atleast by telling me about salvation army or 211 (which the councillor felt i should have already known about but was never informed). I now get to find a new therapist, and pysch Dr. because this facility only has 1 therapist for adults and it's the same woman that refused to assist me. (Sad, I've been with her since I was 13)

As long as you are a new paitent they are great. But when it comes to appointments (my kids had in home counciling) the person supposed to show won't show up and no call or text to say they were not going to be able to make it. We had it happen 2 times in the last 4 months .and with a high needs kids who need to have counciling once a week we were lucky to see someone once every other month for 30 minutes. But it wasn't like that the first 6 months. We are actually leaving them because the refused to refill my children's medication and they have been on them for about 7 months. It's dangerous to just stop taking the medication that way for adults so imagin what it's like for children.
