Agree with some of the other reviews. Customer service is terrible. I had questions about install because the cut outs on the bumper weren't exact. Guy was short omn the phone then and when I ordered. Unfortunately there really wasn't another option for my nissan frontier. It looks good, but its not as quality as I thought it would be. And it would have been nice to know acessories needed to be purchased at the same time. Im having a difficult time finding lights that fit.

Horrible customer service, took 14 weeks instead of 4 to receive the bumper. Had an issue and Johnie blew me off. Once they have your money nothing matters. Shop around, there are better custom bumpers companies
This review is to benefit the consumer. I ordered a bumper and paid in full including shipping on St. Patricks Day, March 17th 2018. Their website said 3-4 week build time. After waiting seven (7) weeks I called and spoke to the nice gentleman Johnnie. He informed me they had delivery truck problems and were behind on deliveries. He suggested they could ship my bumper commercial but would need a business address. He said to call back Monday when the shipping department was open. I did some research and found that you can pick up at truck terminals as I am a residence and not a business. I called back Monday and spoke to Johnny where I informed him about shipping to a truck terminal. He mentioned communication with the shipping department goes by email. He said he would talk with the shipping department and get back to me the following day by close of business. That never happened. I did however receive an email from shipping mentioning they have truck problems and shipping delivery instructions. I replied that Johnny mentioned commercial shipping. I also stated I wanted it shipped to a terminal as I had no business address available. I also informed them I wanted shipping confirmation before the two (2) month anniversary of ordering the bumper. I then received another email that completely ignored my response and asked for a business address. I replied in a monosyllabic that I wanted to pick up from a truck terminal. I then received another email that requested a business address and completely ignored my latest communication. At that time I contacted my credit card company and charged back all 1400 dollars that I paid for the bumper. I also replied to them that I had done so. As of this posting I have heard nothing. BUYER BEWARE.
I have dealt with this company for years, you place the order, pay, and your bumpers are hand delivered by the same company, no middle man (shipping company) to screw things up,
