Bought tickets to a concert, the headliner and one of the opening bands cancelled, cascade tickets offered refunds to anyone who wanted one. I email them the next day saying I did, since I didn't go because the headliner was who I bought said tickets to see. They claimed the ticket associated with my email was redeemed at the door, but it WASN'T because I didn't go. Or at least it wasn't me, the person who bought them, that used them. I explained this to them and they still refused to refund me. More like they never responded again, completely ignoring me instead of trying to come to any sort of agreement.

The single worst experience I've had ordering tickets in my life. First, their service, in my opinion, is well overpriced. Furthermore, their site runs slowly and with bugs, so ended up ordering twice: the venue refunded their ticket cost, but Cascade was "unable" to refund the part they billed-- worded as if it were out of their control. Good thing I checked the show times, too, since Cascade's receipt only showed the show time, not when the doors open. I'll be letting the venue know about the bad experience, too.

Disrespectful Liars! Bought tickets to a show at the Roseland Theater that had two headliners. I only wanted to see one of these performers. I went to the show and didn't find out until after the opening band, that the performer I wanted to see was sick and not going to be performing. The venue had gone ahead and replaced the performer with another act (that I did not care to see). So I got the number of someone I could contact and I left immediately. I assumed my money would be refunded but after getting the runaround with the venue and the ticket companies, eTix was somehow involved, I was told that an email went out informing me of the change, which was a lie, and that since I attended the show I was not able to get a refund. The worst part is that my roommate who also attended the show and left the same time as me, was issued a refund. I don't understand how any of the companies are willing to so blatantly disrespect and lie to a customer and expect it to be alright. I WILL NEVER SEE A SHOW AT THE ROSELAND THEATER AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM CASCADE TICKETS AGAIN!

CASCADE TICKETS are a bunch of thieves. the venue sucks. the nearest motel/hotel accomadations are pushing 200 per night, in not the best of areas. never again! bye the way..that is for the roseland theatre.
