Summary: While the bad things that happened weren't necessarily the company's fault, it didn't feel like they made it easier. Also their website & app aren't reliable. -- I'm not usually one to write reviews,especially bad ones, but I had a lot of issues with getting my card & money in order. I was getting a card through my employer while I decided whether or not I would make a bank account in the new state I'd recently moved to. I got an email saying it was activated with my paycheck, but did not have the card in my possession. I called and they said it had been sent in the mail. Which is nice that they knew that much, but that didn't change the fact the card was out there, activated, with my rent money on it. Customer service wasn't too hard to get a hold of, but this whole situation felt so over-complicated and long. After a couple visits to a Pawn America to get a replacement card (the first try the employee gave me a whole new account with the card, only reason i could tell was that the balance was 0) I finally had a card that worked. I go home after work to transfer my money from this prepaid card to my old local bank account out of a smaller town since I decided making a new account would be a hassle. The website is not letting me do anything. I try the app, it won't even let me sign in with my user ID & password. Needless to say I'm sitting here trying to pay my rent. The transaction will take a few business days to transfer, which i understand, but I can't even get to that point.

They were absolutely fantastic no problems and cashing my SSI check all they had to do is have a picture ID it can be County it can be City it can be state dates of the all forms of picture ID they really save me and I say thank you very much
