We are so thankful for Kroner granite, and will be using them for future projects! My husband and I have done all the renovations ourselves on our new home, and this was our first time having someone else come in and do the work. We weren't sure what to expect, but Kroner went above and beyond to answer questions, make sure we were informed, and it resulted in a gorgeous kitchen! Their prices beat out ALL competition, and we were able to afford the kitchen of our dreams. Giovanna was wonderful, and really knows her stuff. We were deciding between two options, one much more pricey than the other, and she was not pushy at all. She gave us information about each, and let us decide. Alex and Sasha came to install the counters, and they were thorough, efficient, and very professional! They did such an incredible job, and Alex was kind enough to answer my million questions over text in the days leading up to installation. He made sure that we were happy with their work before he left, and even texted a couple days later to make sure everything was still to our satisfaction! This kind of customer service is only found in a small, family-owned business like Kroner.
