Brought a pair of pants in for a simply hemming. Pinned up one of the legs to the correct length, but not the other. Verified with the staff that I wanted both legs the same length, though only out of an abundance of caution. Get back my pants, put them in a suitcase, fly to work. Open up the suitcase to a pair of clown pants with only one leg altered, eight inches longer than the other. What the seamstress could've imagined such garments were for, or why she never asked to verify the details of something so absurd, only God knows. My family has been using Country Cleaners as long as I've lived in Castaic. But next time I need alterations, I'll get them elsewhere.

I have been going to Country Cleaners for over a decade. The dry cleaning has always been excellent, and alterations have been very good as well. Highly recommended.
Had a comforter that needed cleaned. This is a local business so I tried to be supportive. Got to the cleaners and a sign on the door said be back in 30 mins. So I waited. And waited. I continue to wait because there’s a sign advertising 25%off home goods. Finally about 40 minutes later the van for delivery was back and they were open. The lady informed me of the price but then advised my comforts I’d take qualify for the home goods discount of 25% off because it had to be more than 40 to get the discount. I pointed out the sign and that it didn’t have a minimum purchase required but she insisted. Yes I could have driven elsewhere but at this point I’d already given up an hour of my day. Had I known the small details that were not on the sign I would have left and done business elsewhere but I didn’t know. Never going back.
Great service and reasonably priced. And close to home too!
