A week after having ALG Awning come to my property to fix my awning, the same part broke again and the awning fell down which hit one of my guests at the time. This remains to be a safety hazard despite numerous attempts of reaching out to Chris to have this problem resolved. Never did he get back to me. After paying for this service and it becoming a problem again, it is now a month that has passed without any efforts of a resolution. Would not recommend to anyone. This service consists of very irresponsible and ignorant people.

Great first meeting with Chris. Replacement was a good job. I gave the company a great recommendation. However I rehired them to remove and reinstall 2 months later because I needed a new roof and Chris said I should use them to be sure it was done right and they would be responsible. That was an additional 900. Had issues since then and awning is not working right. However the only reply I received to many emails was he was busy and would be here. Never came. All I asked for was an email to let me know if he intends to come and never received an answer. I’m 76 years old and know when I’ve been scammed. We've had some terrible weather and all it would have taken was an adjustment. Very disappointed that he didn’t have the respect to even respond.
After a Google search, Home Advisor got back to me with the AJG Awning recommendation and the responce to my call to Chris Ramirez was great. ALG did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him. He is very personable and has lots of samples to choose from. His crew arrived right on time and cleaned everything up. Also, Chris can be contacted by email, phone and text.
Christian Ramirez is a crook he sat in my house on May 2018 we spoke about what I wanted done. He showed pics of his family took my down payment and set multiple date and never showed up or called. I text him he said he would return my down payment it is now July and still no money. Very unprofessional and not a man of his word
