Always have a back up when it comes to going and having fun and wanting to get home safe. Thought the taxi service was going to be great for that. Apparently not. Multiple people were left to figure out how they were getting home from the bar without putting other people lives in danger because this taxi service failed to pick up their phones. We attempted to call multiple times and got sent to a full voicemail box every time. I am highly unsatisfied and will never attempt to use this service again. I will not recommend you guys to anyone. Don't advertise your business if you aren't going to go through with what you have advertised.
Thought it was a 24 hour taxi, they ignored my calls at the dispatch number and I'm super disappointed to see the taxi service we have here isn't even reliable. Maybe they'd be good if they didn't ignore calls to avoid actually working. As a local business owner, this is just sad. Looks like everyone at the bar will be driving home, thanks for nothing guys!
I tried getting a ride and they said it would be about an hour do you want to wait and then hung up before I could reply.. awful customer service
Had to drive and pick up my wife from the bar at 130 in the morning because they wouldnt answer their phone. As a taxi service you would think they would be ready for the flood of bar goers on a friday night but I guess not. Especially disappointed because they are the only taxi service in the area and wont use them for sure now.
