If I could give a zero I would. My daughter and myself went to shop at Whole Foods near Ponce de Leon Avenue Atlanta as we usually do every 6 weeks or so. We live over 2 hours south of Atlanta but enjoy coming up to shop. We have spent easily 300 each time we make this trip. It turned out to be a nice day so we made the obvious mistake of not realizing there was an issue with going across the street for at most 1/2 hour. We came back ready to shop and found our truck booted. When I located someone from this company they stated we were booted because we went across the street! I showed receipts from this lot and explained we were going to finish shopping. It did not matter. We were forced to pay 75. Needless to say we will NEVER shop here again and I have just started lodging complaints and making everyone aware of this poor business practice. What started as a wonderful day ended as a stressful day which adversely affected my health. My truck had to be assessed by Toyota due to the poorly placed metal boot. I will be continuing to enlighten anyone I can of the poor business practices of this company. No wonder the BBB has multiple complaints and gives them an F rating.

I received a boot, which was my fault, however the worker Chris attempted to solicit a cash bribe to look the other way and remove it, and when I pointed this out to him, became hostile because he felt getting me to bribe him was doing ME a favor. I paid the normal fee, and attempted to report him, but kept getting ignored by the managers. This is an unbelievably shady way to run any sort of business and while I know it can't be easy to maintain a good public image while boosting people's car, this is rife with corruption and poor handling of basic issues.
I use to work here, the owners are Brian and Michael. To be honest we did a lot of illegal booting, which is instructed of us. We would leave our parking spaces empty and bait cars into getting booted. I left this company due to poor ethics, and moral. These guys are not very good people, and all boots should be disputed, and logged on to the BBB. Predatory is the minimum of this company traits.
Robbery plain and simple. Intentionally puts confusing signs and expects one to read them 40 ft away with 9 pt font. Misleads people with signs and then waits until u leave to put boot on immediately. They have a deal with businesses to boot and get a cut. Told me if my name was Chelsea because he was this is Chelsea’s car? Wonder where he got that information? Definitely reporting to BBB
Absolutely a scam of a company!!! Be aware that if you even cross a street you will get booted in mins. I went shopping at Publix!! There is not proper signage anywhere to alert customers and says parking is for Publix and shops!!
