I’ve visited Castle Pines Urgent Care on 2 occasions and each time the staff was very professional, welcoming, efficient and attentive. From my walk-in experience to meeting each of the medical professionals, I received the attention that made me feel they cared about my well-being in addition to taking the time to explain my prognosis and path to healing. I highly recommend Castle Pines Urgent Care.

I needed a new PCP and Castle Pines Urgent Care and Family Practice could not have been better. They got me in quickly. I never felt rushed through the intake appointment. Dr. Christianson was attentive and interested in learning about my health. I would highly recommend this practice. And there is a great benefit that it has an urgent care component so I can get urgent care attention at my PCP facility. Best of both worlds!

Everyone was helpful and pleasant. I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen. Physician assistant I saw was very competent and understanding. In my follow up visit, Dr Heidi Christensen was excellent. She was very thorough and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or not taken seriously.

Staff made my appointment very easy and painless. Checking in the night before eliminated the normal paperwork and the staff made sure all my questions were answered. Best thing was receiving a direct call giving me blood test results! Didn’t have to hunt a portal. Great first appointment.
