Skyler in the Leasing Office was a fantastic employee to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly personable. He listened and responded to everything we inquired about without being pushy. Skyler was available to answer all questions we had very efficiently by phone and email. We so appreciated his time and efforts in helping us find a place that would best fit our needs.

This is a great kid-friendly apartment complex (you’ll hear kiddos playing outside all day). Maintenance is very receptive and timely. I really wish they would implement a new package delivery system (with the locked boxes and codes), however. We’ve had more than one issue with either stolen packages or packages being delivered to a completely different apartment building.

The apartments are really nice inside and out. It's a quiet and safe place to live. Lots of kids around and pet friendly. Offers a heated pool and spa year round, workout room, and playground. The office staff and maintenance guys are very kind, friendly, and helpful. The only negatives would include the parking, good luck finding a spot if you arrive late at night.

RUN. Do not walk. Run from this complex. We had no problems while living there except for minor issues (dog poop everywhere, rules not being enforced, etc) and paid our rent on time every month. However, when it came to move out, we were charged for an entire month at our last bill instead of the 4 days we had left. We had our payments on autopay and it withdrew from our account. We immediately called and were told that it was our fault for not turning off autopay and that there was nothing they could do. We had to do a stop payment order which we were told would give us a late fee on their end as well, even though we immediately called and were told to place the stop payment. We consistently kept in contact via email and phone to see what the next steps were and were told to wait for a letter with further instruction on the remaining balance and security deposit. Now, after contacting them to see how everything was going with no response, we have received a letter from collections. Despicable management. There are other similarly priced apartments in castle rock that are much more worth your time and money. Echo Ridge only cares about getting as much money from you as possible, which is especially terrible during a global pandemic.

I actually found the perfect rental for me and someone beat me to renting it over the internet by about 15 minutes. That was the only bummer.
