I really enjoy the food here, but my wife can't have dairy so we ordered a hamburger no cheese. Got home and found it had cheese melted all over the burger so she couldn't eat lunch. We called and asked for a refund and were told that they wouldn't provide one without giving any reasoning. We emailed the main office and got no reply. I don't mind they made a mistake, but sure would have been nice for Five Guys to make this right since my wife didn't get lunch and we paid over 30 dollars for lunch that day. I guess we'll go elsewhere from now on since they don't seem to want to fix a really basic problem.

First time customer... great food and LOTS of it! Boat of peanuts for appetizers? Why, don't mind if I do get some! Clean and friendly atmosphere! Definitely a repeat customer!!
Five Guys in general is great IF you like the following: • Love sloppy loaded with extras burgers or dogs • Love generous helpings of actual French fries (not shoe string) think of a rail road spike. This particular Five Guys is always clean, polite, and prepare great burgers and dogs, with great customer service.
Super disappointed. My husband went in to order and pick up burgers tonight. We have ordered from here before and thought it was safe for my allergies, but tonight proved us wrong. My husband told the person at the register that I had a gluten and dairy allergy. He told him twice!! When my husband got home, mine was not in a separate bag like it usually is, and it had cheese on it. I called Avery the manager and he said “sorry, we are busy” He did offer a refund or to remake it. We will take the refund as this place isn’t safe for me to eat at. Train your employees!!!
Great burger! A little on the pricey side for a burger joint. But you almost always get double the fries you order.
