Try the beef jerky. Best in the whole metro area. Bacon is delicious. The bbq pulled pork is my wifes favorite. The ham is the best. It has been our Thanksgiving staple for many years. Definitely worth the drive from Denver.

The parents or the USMMA send our midshipman beef Jerky from Castle Rock’s Hickory Baked Ham company before finals every year. The jerky is outstanding and craved by our future naval reserve officers and mariners. The folks are very nice and accommodating. USMMA do United States merchant Marine Academy
