Sean is a great coach and gets you motivated. The great thing about CrossFit Hydrogen is that everyone is friendly and very supportive of each other. I highly recommend this place as it is not your typical CrossFit place and it is extremely clean. CrossFit & RowingHealthy mind & body.

Great facility, excellent Trainer. I started in June 2019 and with his guidance by September 2019 I had changed my body can do. This gym is very worth it.

Found about this CrossFit gym after eating tacos next door. Had a great experience trying a rowing class for the first time. The instructor was supper nice and had a lot of great energy. The place is keep immaculately clean and organized. The amount of work that went to putting this place together was evident.
This CF box is very different from others. Very clean facility, top notch equipment, excellent coaching and programming.
