We rented out two units over the years to long-term tenants and everything appeared clean and tidy. However, over the years the maintenance to the complex was in need of TLC. Many, many emails to corporate did not get anything done. We subsequently sold the units and are hoping they focus on repairs and maintenance to the buildings, fencing, roadways and landscaping in the future. Office staff on site, however, is very helpful. Landscaping in some areas is good, but other areas need help and attention.
