Pods were a horrible experience, overcharged me with fees and pick up of the pod was a nightmare and had to reschedule then got an additional monthly charge plus another pick up fee. Called customer service and they said they will wave the fee and it was a lie. Currently disputing my charges. CONNEX WEST would be my next option if I ever need this service plus its cheaper and bigger container for the money.

Google Maps shows that you need to access using an ally which takes you to the back with a no access gate. Once we actually found you, everything was great. The POD was exactly where you said it would be. We did what we needed to and were on our way in no time. Everyone that I have had contact with have extremely helpful, curtious, and thoughtful. Thank you so much.
