This is Polly, Lulu and Katie, one of the many cats of mine that have been patients of the Cat Clinic of Cobb for the past 20 or so years. Polly remains a patient at 18 years old in October. The rest have passed on. One constant in my life with these fur babies has been the Cat Clinic of Cobb, even with a couple of ownership changes due to unforeseeable consequences. I have remained a loyal customer due to their outstanding care. In all, they have treated my last seven cats with Polly being the last remaining for now. When it comes time to use a vet for any additions to our family, it will be the Cat Clinic of Cobb. Top notch care always and the best vets and technicians.

I have been a client for over 20 years. Up until recently I have loved bringing my pets to them. This week I got a call saying one of my cats was due for a rabies shot but when I tried to schedule an appointment I was told they only have a Dr there 3 days a week and they close at 5. Since I work I am unable to make it before 5. I was then told maybe I should call their sister location on Powder Springs for an appt. When I called for their records they did not even try and keep me as a client. They evidently do not need my business so I am taking my babies to a new clinic.

Nice and friendly staff, but unfortunately I have to give a 1 star review because they messed up my cat's spaying surgery. Weeks after the surgery, our cat went into heat, and continued to go into heat several more times over the course of a year or so. We tried to get them to do another spaying surgery but they required us to get an expensive blood test (out of our pocket) first to confirm our cat was in fact actually going into heat. After several failed and frustrating attempts to schedule the blood test with them, we gave up and took her to a different vet. The new vet told us the blood test was pointless and said we should just do an exploratory surgery...and sure enough the new vet immediately found an entire ovary that was not removed during the first surgery. He said in 2 decades of spaying cats, he has never experienced this before. Everyone in this office is very friendly, but I will not be returning.

This is the only place I’ll take my cats. Everyone there is incredibly kind and understanding. They treat you like family. They’ll go above and beyond to help and they are very knowledgeable and fair. I cannot speak highly enough about the Clinic.

Beware. My kitten was in for spaying. They found another problem and treated her without letting me know the issue or my giving consent. The spaying was delayed. Then I was called and told it was done and she was fine, only to be called 45 minutes later to say it was not done and there were further issues. And then I found out they had moved her to their other facility without my knowledge. The vet never called to explain or apologize for whatever communication issues her employees had or explain as a doctor what was going on with my kitten. She has lost not 1, but 4 clients.
