Sept 2020 - Top Notch! Jed and Irene could not have done more to make our boat rental easy and stress free. First time visiting LKN. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and had a great time exploring the lake and doing some tubing. All equipment was clean and well maintained. They provided excellent guidance and service.

Beware of renting from WUW... there was a scratch on the boat caused by the staff and they charged me for it, by fraudulent charging my credit card 5 weeks later. ....As you can see in the rt side of the pic there was unrelated prior damage that not only over laps, but disqualifies the 150 Towing on the invoice. Plus 200 for a finger nail size scratch is only 1/2 hour labor that should be 50. And take a look at both pictures thats fraud,This place will take your money against your permission. Irene is a very unprofessional person. Beware dont rent from them

We had a great experience with WU Watersports! Our jet skis were in excellent condition and very stable. The company conducted business in a professional manner requiring us to watch a video, which I felt was helpful and to submit paperwork online in advance which I prefer. Location is great as it’s in the north part of the lake, less busy. Nice small ma and pop place.

Love renting from Jed and his family! Every year our experience with What’s Up Watersports is amazing! Family-oriented...Very personable... Love that! We always have a blast on the jet skis. Their staff is very helpful as well...when gasing-up they make it super easy. Thanks for another great year at LN!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The owner is the most rude woman I have ever dealt with customer service wise. Called to ask a question and she took what I said completely out of context and started yelling at me and cancelled my reservation. I won’t even waste my time explaining it because, judging by the other comments from the owner, she’ll just say something nasty in return. However, the guy I spoke with when I booked and when I called with a few questions was very polite and friendly! in response to owner: I did not call to cancel my reservation. I called to ask if a member who was on the waiver couldn’t make it, would it count as my party not being there and ready if I was the one who made the reservation and ready to go with whoever was there. To which their was an issue on your end. YOU cancelled my reservation.This happened yesterday. The reservation was for today. The cancellation window is 72 hours. So how could that even be true? Perhaps you should use these recordings you keep mentioning for “quality and training purposes” as they are intended. But no worries. We made reservations elsewhere!
