I hate to shop here because they always find a way to have something I like and I end up spending more money than I intended to spend. They have such a great variety of products and various price ranges. There is literally something in this store for everyone. I love going to this store. Only down side is that wish they had one in Mercedes or Harlingen.

It's probably one of my favorite big box stores it is a big Corporation but they do employee fairly friendly people it's easy to find what you want usually and what I like most of all is that they give a 10% discount for being a veteran. I will actually go there and pay a little more and get the 10% discount Home Depot is only active duty military gets the discount I call BS on that. They don't have the cheapest prices but if you shop you can get decent deals and they do have Craftsman tools so they're more Sears than Sears. I recommend it but Caveat Emptor that's Latin for let the buyer beware

Besides HEB, this is my favorite store! Really convenient to shop with there app, tells you availability and location in the store OR you can just order for curbside pickup. A lot of my home projects whether renovation or repair, start at Lowe’s. You can always find someone to answer questions.

I’m sure there is a lot of great furniture here - I’ve walked by and even gone in once - but it is NEVER open! I have checked multiple times and even contacted the owner, but trying to communicate with him and figure out when he’s available is almost impossible. Not sure what’s going on here and sad I couldn’t shop local. Buying from Amazon once again.

The mattresses I had ordered got damaged and were reordered to arrive in over a week, as I had just come in from out of town this was not favourable to me. The manager kindly was able to upgrade me to a higher rated one for a very minimal cost of bout 5 % of the original price n they absorbed the rest of cost. I am glad they resolved this in the same day. Double thumbs up.

I went into Jacksons Home & Garden recently and WOW, I am impressed with their front room and their Christmas department! I was assisted by the Indoor Living Manager, Cristina. She was really great at helping me select the most wonderful Christmas tree for my home! She also helped me with the whole kit & caboodle! I am hopeless at seasonal stuff! Cristina is an absolute asset to Jacksons; very congenial & kind! I also popped into tabletop and was assisted by the wonderful Jessica! I am delighted by my experience at Jacksons Home & Garden and will recommend all my friends to Cristina at Jacksons Home & Garden. I absolutely need to go back to buy presents for my friends & family! It’s the “go to” place for Christmas decor and now, Cristina is my “go to” lady for all things Jacksons. I would give this store more than 5 stars if I could!

Wow... it's hard to put into words how great our experience was with Robin at Lavender. When planning our wedding, Brett and I wanted the decor to be unique. Lavender offers all sorts of vases, glassware, furniture, farm tables, and floral rentals to make all your wedding dreams come true. Robin really took the time to collaborate with us in order to catch our vision. She worked around the clock for months, scheduling to meet with our vendors to ensure we had everything we needed as far as decor went. The final product was absolutely break-taking. From the found items to the unique European decor, it was better than we could have ever imagined. If you're looking for an all-in-one wedding rental package that will have you guests talking for months to come, we highly recommend Lavender!

I was in there as a vendor and as a customer. I liked a lot. It was crowded 7 till 11am. After 11am it gets little little empty. It says entrance free but they are charging something because there was entrances and theie stuff was getting money for entrance fee I guess. I am not sure. So yeah it was good. They have restroom in all state building.

First time at Decor House on Ponce de Leon and I loved it!!! They have a great selection for your bathroom, kitchen. Plus, they also carry a great selection of furniture for your home. From dining tables to bedroom furniture i was impressed and at competitive prices. I recommend Alain Alvarez. He was knowledgeable and quick. Very helpful.

I want to thank Tiami, Carla, and Carlos the owner/manager, for their time, and professional courtesy, with trying to assist me in locating a queen bed on short notice. I did find a floor model white leather bed which I liked; however, the next day decided to hold off on such a large purchase, as it was a bit steep for my current budget. I want to emphasize that the store has a final sale, (no refund/exchange) policy on floor models but Carlos went the extra mile in understanding my situation and refunded the large deposit back to my credit card although it would be a loss to him. He put the customer FIRST before PROFIT! I must say in my five years living in Miami, this is very unusual; so I wanted to shine a light on this business— MODO FURNITURE! For sure I will return to their locations in Coral Gables and Doral. Carlos, thank you again to you and your design team for all their help

I recently bought a table, chairs and bench. The table had a scratch on the top that was noticeable. I showed the delivery people and called the company. This table was replaced on the same day ! I love this type of customer service . I highly recommend this store for their selection, variety and different, well priced furniture and will recommend to all.

Unfortunately the two base cabinets we ordered became unglued when they were getting them off the shelves. So the rest of the order didn't matter because they were just auxiliaries to the base cabinets. I'm Very grateful for all of the excellent people that contribute to the Lowes experience. I was excited to go there hoping I can buy some nice stuff for my son but when I got there (having travelled across town), the door was closed despite the fact there were people in the store. I got there at 5 pm, google listing shows 6 pm as closing time. I’m sure the staff noticed someone pulling the door for a good minute yet nobody came by. Mom and pop shops have been complaining for a while how online shopping is killing their business but it’s the retail that’s doing it to itself. I wouldn’t have left without buying at least something for my son but now I’m pretty sure I’ll never go there again. Either change your google listing or specify that it’s by appointment only, that simple.

On Saturday they only have three registers manned, each line has at least 10 people waiting to pay. It's just as bad a Walmart. Thank you General Manager for having no regard for the customers time. You should be fired, shame on you, and you inability to proper staff your store during any hours, and I have been coming here religiously for years. Your sad, I hope you get COVID and are replaced by someone who cares about customers.

Love what they have to offer. Store very pretty and well stocked. Only drawback is there are no exchanges or refunds. So be positive you really want before you buy. Mostly better prices than some other shops in town, but not a cheap place.
