This quaint little store has everything. What a fun place to go. Bought WD40, black thread, phone charger, candy corn, a small toy for both grands. They have many colors shoe laces, cloth dies, sewing supplies, kitchen supplies, hardware, costumes and so much more.

This company has the worst customer service ever. I wanted to cancel everything with them so I sent them a fax saying this. I was wondering why they never came and pick up the printer. Until, one of my employees made a call so they can fix this problem he was having with the printer (he didn't know I canceled it) but they told him it was going to be 45 to fix it so he said no. They sent me an invoice charging the price for having the printer in my store and 25. I was wondering what the 25 so I called and ask why they never came to pick up the printer and what is the 25 for. They told me the 25 is for calling them. This company is a big scam. They still do not want to cancel everything I have with them and now they don't want to answer any phone calls from me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Go to a better company than this one.

Please save yourself from headaches and do NOT sign a lease with these people. It has been hell dealing with them. Countless hours spent dealing with every single issue you can think of. Read those lease agreements carefully because you can literally waste thousands of dollars for a machine that doesn't work and a company that will never get back to you and will only communicate with the monthly billing. It's a printer, this should not be a constant strain on your business. Think of what it takes for a person to go out and look up a company extensively to try and help someone from making the same mistake. I didn't have to spend time but how these people operate is criminal.

Our church has been doing business with Michael's for many years almost 10 years. We are very happy with the product and especially the service. If I call with a problem with our machine (as out of toner) someone is here the same day and some times in a just a couple of hours. We will not go anywhere else. Why would we with the service that we get? Michaels will be good for your business as well.

So much variety. Some pencil s will take you down the memory lane of childhood days. Some will simply intrigue you. Some will attract your attention because of their unique shape or color. Next time visiting Newyork do visit even if you are all tech savvy now and don't use pencils anymore. I assure you this place will get you loving pencils all over again! I recently had a bad experience with this company, but found out that it was a miss understanding with the billing. They send me a invoice for a service contract for one year for a machine that we owned and the price was out of this world! Needless to say I cancelled my contract with them, but the President of the company read my review about the billing and came to see me and explain what had happened. I have ever\ had a President of any company to come and explain what had happen and try to make a mends with me, regardless wither I was going to do business with or not. This company takes responsible for what they do wrong and try to fix it. I got to give them a Heads Up.

Had Marc Coseriu come to my office and make big plans to have my entire office set up as HIPPA compliant with secure internet and emails. Months later nothing was done except to install some monitoring agents on my computers. IT issues could never be resolved by their team. Paid thousands of dollars for nothing. Stay away from TLC office Systems.

We've been using Anzy's service for years (maybe decades? I don't know, I haven't been around that long) with no serious issues. They usually have models or samples out at their office and you can occasionally spot them at a booth at a local street festival. Our business specifically acquires a lot of PPE and janitorial supplies and such from Anzy, like jersey gloves and farm chemical gloves, and their prices are very competitive.

This company is awesome. We are a small city and we do not have an IT or Computer Maintenance Tech so when it comes to repairs we try to do as much ourselves as we can. Tobey their lead tech talked me through changing out a major part on our IBM 6400 printer and he made it so easy. I am a utility billing clerk not IT or Maintenance and he made it so simple that even I could do it. Thanks for a great job.

Be careful of their shipping fees that are not clear on their website or on the invoice. Charged 17 on a 35 order. I attempted to resolve with them directly and they quoted a shipping policy that I still cannot find on their website and that is not on my invoice at all. Ordering was easy and they had a supply of what I needed, but I would have either ordered a minimum amount to avoid the charges (had I known) or gone into the store directly to pick my items up. They were not interested in finding a resolution.

Wow. I can’t begin to tell you the experience I just had with this place. First off, they have the most amazing and extensive collection of “smart kid games and toys”. All birthday kids will be getting their presents from here on out. I am absolutely blown away at the amount of product and the selection they have. I also have to tell you - I was a little nervous and concerned when I walked in as they have a sign on the door asking people to wear a mask. I took my chances and walked in without one as I cannot wear one. They greeted me kindly, and even walked around showing me a few ideas for items I was looking for, never once mentioning the mask. Having just had an asthma attack yesterday, I would have had to turn around and simply go somewhere else as it would have been n overload on my lungs to try wearing a mask so soon again. Huge thank you to the ladies for being so kind and understanding without ever even addressing it. The gal in the black seemed a little unsure about my not wearing one, and I respect that - we each seem to have a different level of understanding, knowledge, and research on the subject (I work in the field and we have done a great amount of research on the topic as a whole), so I respect her level of guest assistance with me just as she respected my need to not wear a mask while shopping. Huge thanks to all owners and staff for not requiring this when the state has not mandated it, and by the numbers of not cases, but actual active diagnosis and fatalities ( completely different, especially given the amount of tests that have been found to be contaminated before even being administered), there is truly no reason to require a mask if one at this point. Thank you to everyone for an amazing experience today - you have won over a shopper for life ( a 45 minute drive from me, but oh so worth it ). Extremely impressed.

My university has an exclusive deal with Warehouse Direct for office supplies. This is supposed to ensure that we get the best prices. But instead we get slow deliveries, fewer choices, and higher prices. I bought a standing desk from them, which they suggested (there was only one choice). It wobbles awfully. I told them this was unacceptable, and instead of accepting a return, our contact set up *four* meetings with their supplier, who all told me the product should work ok. No offer to return the desk, just me wasting my time and losing productivity. This same desk (the Hon Coordinate) sells for slightly cheaper than we paid on Amazon, BTW, where there are many other choices. I purchased a white board for WD for 320. The literal exact same item is 160 on Amazon. I've tried ordering mechanical pencils through the company, since I have no other choice, and twice been told they don't actual sell the item on their page. Why would anyone want to do business with a company like this?
